大屿山是香港最大的离岛，比香港岛还大一倍。这里大多数地方都未被开发，主要是出于生态保护的考虑。岛上人口只有四万多人，
而小小的香港岛就有一百四十多万人，可以想象，从港岛来到这里，一闹一静，对比鲜明。这里地貌多变，有峻岭、山林、河谷、清
溪，海岸线蜿蜒，有不少的沙滩和海湾。大家熟悉的赤腊角香港国际机场、迪斯尼乐园皆建于此，前期介绍的青马大桥，正是连接大
屿山与香港市区的枢纽。
可惜啊，今天的大屿山，笼罩在一团迷雾之中，我的照片也因此几乎成了黑白的。不过，看惯了鲜亮的色彩，换换云里雾里的感觉也
好，但愿别一头雾水，呵呵。

今年新通车的昂坪360，从东涌站到昂坪缆车站，历时20分钟。这是香港特区政府重点推出的旅游项目，造价9.5亿港元，光每个车箱
就价值20万港元。之所以叫昂坪360，是指在缆车上可以360度全方位欣赏北大屿山与南中国海的风光。今天我们的缆车，只能在云雾
中穿行了。

到达缆车终点，昂坪市集以其仿古的风格映入眼帘。路边开着秋天的花朵，在雾中显得分外妖艳。

天坛大佛，高26米，重220吨，是全球最大的青铜座佛。佛像坐落在268级台阶之上。据说，90年代初期此佛建成以来，台风再也没有
正面吹袭过香港。

大佛的四周，有六位天神侍奉花、烛台、灯、水果等礼品。

宝莲禅寺，建于1920年，这是世上罕见的和尚与尼姑同住寺内修行的寺院。里面的住持已是第七代。寺中供奉着释伽牟尼的两颗舍利子。

这一处叫心经简林，从非洲运来的36块黑木，据说花了一千万港币请三个工匠将般若波罗蜜多心经刻了上去。般若的意思是智慧，波罗蜜多
的含义是圆满。
