行走在欧洲，感触最深的并不仅仅是辉煌文明所带来的震撼，更多的感动，来自于与这里的人们接触过程中的每份惊喜与温馨。来吧，背上行囊，在法国人的恬适、乐观、浪漫、闲散、年轻人的个性凸显；荷兰人的热情、豁达中，感受生活的脉动。

准备篇

此行欧洲，该是功课最复杂的一次了，从签证的准备到行程的制订，包括在成百上千的酒店里筛选出最适合的那个，我从中得到的不仅是纸上云游的愉悦，还有一份辛勤付出之后的疲惫与满足。

为了感谢各个论坛上发表各种有助于后来者尽快了解信息的前辈们，我在此也把自己的一些心得记录下来，希望能对其他同道有所帮助。

一、签证的准备与递交（北京）

我的情况：

京籍单身未婚大龄女青年，4年前有去丹麦的短期商务签证，4年来有前往新加坡、泰国、柬埔寨、埃及等国家的旅游签证。备齐文件送至签证中心后，网上进度显示已送交使馆的第二天下午，就收到中心的短信通知说可以取件了。

准备与递交：

法国大使馆外包了签证工作，因此在北京领区的朋友们需要去“visasfrance”办理签证。相关信息及所需文件清单在该中心的网站上有详细介绍，网址：https://cn.visasfrance.org

在资料的准备过程中，我个人认为需要注意的几点是：

1. 飞机票订单：个人认为携程的服务是最到位的，仅需告知工作人员你打算往返的日期、航班号即可，无论是传真还是电子邮件，内容都是中英文的，态度很好，服务也完全免费。如果你最终不想通过他们购票，也无需电话取消订位。

2. 医疗保险：多比较几家总是没错的。一般比较知名的保险公司出具的保单，使馆均予认可，比如平安保险。我个人认为泰康人寿好像是最便宜的，总额90万人民币（其中包含66万医疗保险）的保额，15天保险期，保欧洲和阿联酋两地，每人240元，保单是中英文的。

3. 旧护照原件：如果你有的话，无论这本旧护照是否空白，请尽量提供，否则签证中心会认为文件缺失。虽不一定被拒签，但还是小心为妙。

4. 银行存折或银行卡最近三个月的进出账单：请注意，这里指的是最近三个月的银行存折进出账单（这意味着你最好提供活期的银行存折），和最近三个月的银行卡（信用卡、借记卡均可）进出账单。

5. 最近三个月的工资单：如果公司的证明信写清了你的工资具体数额，这一项就无所谓了。我提供的工资单签证中心就没收下。

6. 酒店订单：推荐2个网站（www.venere.cn和www.booking.com），均可以免费预订、免费取消（预订时请千万注意不同的酒店其取消政策亦有不同，如果你预订的是需要预付房费或取消时需扣除全款的酒店，就无法免费取消了）。

7. 请尽量一次性准备齐全所需文件，否则如果由于文件不齐而导致拒签或当场无法补充材料而需再预约一次的，签证中心收取的当次签证服务费不予退还。

8. 签证中心的接待员们都非常友善，如果你有困难或请求，直接向她们提就好了。请注意，她们只负责资料的收集与递交，并不是使馆人员。

拿到旅游签证的秘笈：

1. 证明你在旅游后肯定会回国，而不想在法国或申根国家非法逗留；

2. 你有足够的资金实力用以资助你在法国或申根国家逗留期间的各种花费。

attention matters

1. this certificate is a legal documents of housing ownership and proteced by constitution of the people’s republic of china.

2. the owner must be strictly observe the law and statute of china related to real estate.

3. real estate transfer (trade、exchange、dotation、inherit、division、transfer、attornment and adjudgement etc.)、alteration（the legal name of property owner or the street、doorplate no. altered、part of the house rebuild、backout、collapse and burn down cause the actuality alteration）、set other droit(hypothec、hoch right etc.) and the real estate is terminated because of the house or land disappear、land-use period expiried and other droit terminate etc., the property owner should apply and register in the specified time period with taking the certificate related to the local real estate property registration office.

4. no one can write or stamp on this certificate except the issuer and fill unit。

5. when the estate transfe manage department check because of working need,the card holder should produce this card.
