Ko Phi Phi Don Eating:
1. Pee Pee Bakery (Dishes 40-150B): it is best at breakfast, on tap are ppizza, steak and Tai food. The atmosphere is modern and movies are shown on the tube.
2. 007 Restaurant & Bar (Dishes 100-200B): it features ultramodern chuome tables, red cushion booths and all the Bond paraphernalia you could want. There’s a big selection of beer on tap and solid food cooked in clean kitchen (pies, salads, fish-and-chips, baked potatoes are on the menu).
3. Hippies (Dishes 80-250B): it offers talbes on the beach or in its thatched restaurant. Hippies serves spicy and non-spicy Thai food, pizza and pasta. The Thai choices are better than the Western offerings, skip the pizza.
4. Chao Koh (Dishes 80-300B): right on the beach and located in Ao Lo Dalam.. This is an open-air seafood place that displays its freshly caught critters on ice. It’s popular and offers well-priced and tasty food. A self-service salad bar is included with most entrees. The pizza, pasta and seafood dishes are authentic and as mouth-watering as the super romantic location by the sea (it provides twinkling candles and stars for dining).

Drinking & Entertainment:
1. Carpe Diem (048 401 219, Hat Hin Khom): sit on the pillows in the upstairs lounge and watch the sun go down. Carpe Diem rocks well into the night with fire shows, dance parties and live music on the beach.
2. Reggae Bar (Tourist Village): the most popular nightspot on the island recently expanded.
3. Apache Bar (Ao Ton Sai): happy hour is from 4pm to 10pm loud music to all hours.
4. Carlitos (099273772, Ao Ton Sai): it puts on impressive fire shows, attracts farang seeking beers and a chair in the sand. It gets rowdy and packs in major crowds on dance-party nights.
5. Hippies (019705483, Hat Hin Khom): there are candle-lit tables on the beach and chill-out tunes on the sound system. Moon parties are thrown throughout the month.

Ko Phi Phi leh:
Two gorgeous lagoons lie in wait in the island’s interior: Pilah on the eastern coast and Ao Maya (movie --> The Beach) on the western coast.
Tours last about half a day and include snorkeling stops at various points around the island, with detours to Viking Cave and Ao Maya. Long-tail trips cost 400 to 650B depending on season and demand; by motorboat you will pay around 2000B.
