马来西亚之行

趁着五一的长假日带着老妈到KL 和MALACCA玩一下. 已经去过吉隆坡2次了, 所以对我来说没有什么新鲜感, 不过幸好靠我去过的经验才比较有方向感. 长途车做了7个小时吧才到达旅店, 匆匆忙忙到双峰塔和独立广场看看. 因为就住在唐人街隔壁, 所以晚上到那里逛逛, 还就是去了电视塔(MENARA TOWER)看夜景. 反正在KL逗留的时间真是短暂, 第二天就去MALACCA了. MALACCA住的是EQUATORIAL HOTEL, 非常喜欢, 因为有个大大的浴缸和舒服的床. 自然是去了那些历史古迹的地方, 对我而言也是第三次了, 所以兴趣索然. 尤其太阳照得火辣辣的, 好想溜回旅店享受空调. 也是因为五一吧, 人是特别的多, 哪里都要排队, 吃个饭真是累哦. 夜市更是人头篡动, 挤得水泄不通, 食物都是用抢的买(傻眼吧) 对于当地的花车印象极度不好, 胡乱收费不算还拉我们到错的地方, 害得我后来徒步而行, 破坏了旅游的心情和安排. 总的来说马来西亚的出租车行业都是不老实人干的, 长着一副贪婪的嘴脸,极度鄙视.

The overal impression of KL is dirty, messy and crowded. The only area looked decent and city-like is the part around the twin towers, a bit resemblance of singapore orchard road. The petaling street (Chinatown) is a place only exists at night, because it was famous for imitation goods and pirated DVDs, which held little interest to me anyway. The whole area kind of reminded me of Xiang Yang street in Shanghai, only this one was more disorganized and dirty.

As for Malacca, my only problem was with the trishaw drivers (greedy and dishonest). The general population was friendly and hospitable, at least they could converse in English. We went to see the Melacca Straits as well, it was a disappointing sight, virtually nothing much to look out for, not even a decent beach. But we were delighted to spot a few people fishing along the coastline.
